Ballistic gear is heavy, and it’s hot. It impacts the wearer’s mobility, and it causes abrasions on the skin. Wearing the gear is essential for personal protection, but the discomfort factor often leads those who protect us to forgo wearing the gear altogether.
The TAS renders those objections moot. The compression-fit base layer wicks away sweat and keeps the user cooler and more comfortable. Eight specially-engineered shock absorbers are attached along custom panels to ensure an individuated fit for the service member’s body.
